Jack In The Box - Chicken fajita pita

I ordered a chicken fajita pita and an order of onion rings on the drive thru. The pita is too hard to bite and there are 3 pieces of chicken in it that are old stale and too hard to chew. I discovered the food is inedible when I arrived home. I am ill and needed food to take my medication and unable to go back due to the extreme heat. Things are much to stressed economically for Jack in the Box to take their customers money and in turn give them inedible food. I only gave this store a try today because it’s very close to my home and I need something to eat. They have to know no one can eat this chicken fajita pita.

Desired outcome: Money back. Treat your patrons like you need them because you do. I normally drive to other locations because this one is terrible. The food is only good when the store manager is there

Jack In The Box - Rude service

I was at the South Post Oak location #391 on [protected] at 6:14pm.

When I pulled up to the drive thru I told the guy I wanted a plain Jumbo Jack with cheese only and 4 tacos. He asked me 3 times what I wanted and then asked was it right on the screen. I told him the screen was only showing my that the store was hiring. So he told me the price and I drove around. I handed him my card he gave it back but no receipt I didn't say anything because he asked me to pull to the front door and he would bring me the food. Which I thought he would bring it then. I sat at the front door for over 5 mins waiting, he finally comes and gives me the food no receipt. I looked in the bag no Jumbo Jack. He asked me am I sure I told him that it's no burger in the bag. I waited another 5 mins so I walk in the store and asked him how long will it be. He gave me the burger. I walked out the door I get out of the parking lot my child say mom there is no cheese. I turned around an went back in the store. I told the young man this was wrong a lady that was cooking in the back yells to the front you have to pay for cheese. I told her I did an that I want the order right. She was very out of line for yelling and talking to me that way. I have been a manager for over 11 years and I would never allow any of my employees to speak to a customer that way she did. I truly hope you retrain her because she truly need it. I have been going to this location for 8 years no problem but I will not be going back to this location ever.

Desired outcome: The cook needs to be retrain to never speak to a customer that way and the manager needs to learn to take leadership . Because she said nothing just kept working like nothing was happening . I think the manager name is Blanca.
