GameStop - Nintendo switch bundle

I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite Yellow System Gamer Bundle from Gamestop online on 4/15/2020. On 4/21/20 we recieved the order without the Switch game system. The status of the order on Gamestop website said "Partially Shipped." We waited until early May to start contacting Gamestop to inquire as to the status of the Switch. Email inquiries were not answered with any specific information as to where the order was (only a automated answer). We called customer service numerous times and were put on hold for over 1 1/2 HOURS each time. When we reached a customer service representative we were told the Switch was delieverd with the other items. I assured them this was not the case and was told an investigation into UPS would be inititated, as this was an ongoing problem - UPS or someone taking the Switch out of the package (which was unopened). I was told I would be contacted with information on my product. I was not contacted. I called back and asked for their corporate number. This number routes me to a recording stating they are closed, or, if I choose the customer service option I am routed back the the original call center. At one point I chose the "Accounting" option and spoke to a person who works for Gamestop, in their corporate office. This person took my information and assured me I would be contacted by someone who would help me. I was not contacted. I called customer service again requested a refund. I was told they would put in a refund request. Each time I called I was on hold for over an hour and the employees all take the same information and say the same thing. Eventually an employess stated he would start the refund process. I have not received a refund and it is WAY past the timeframe given. I am unable to be on hold for hours now because I am a teacher. I continued to email Gamestop and am either getting an automated email respone or am getting the same reassurance that my concerns are being investigated. Any calls to their retail stores are immediatley shut down by employees stating they have nothing to do with online orders. I am a public school teacher in Arizona. I spent $378.37 on a gift for my daughter during a pandemic. I have never gotten Switch, which represented $199+ of the order. I ended up purchasing a Switch at another store using a credit card. I am so far beyond frustrated with Gamestop I don't know what to do. The debit card I used is now expired, so again, I'm not even sure I'd get the money in my account if they did refund it.
