Order 548198 on 12/22/19 - The employees at this location are ghetto and have no home training. I came through the drive through t o buy a $25 gift card, I was told to pull around (which I waited 10 minutes to do). When I approached the window, the girl had no idea how to sell a gift card, nor did 2 of her co-workers. They were complaining and talking rudely about the process the whole time, where I COULD hear! The manager finally came out and helped the girl. Then she charged me for a meal I did not order and argues with me when I told her it was probably the person in back of me. Tack on another 5 minutes for the manager to come out with the gift card to activate finally. In all this took 20 minutes. These employees are dumb as rocks and rude! PLEASE take a look at how this staff is making your brand look =) I will never go to this location again.
