Cracker Barrel

On December 13 2023 I went to store/restaurant # 0544 szf3g ( Columbia Tn) When I went to pay my bill the young lady said that I would have to run my card again because they were having technical difficulties with their register. I did and when I checked my account balance I found that it had been taken twice. I complained to the store and they told me that it would have to wait a few days before they could submit it to the main office. Nothing was done so after the first of the year I complained again and they told me that I waited too long to complain so I would have to contact you in Lebanon Tn. with my complaint. I did contact you by email and I didn't receive an answer from you. I am asking again to intervene on my behalf to this Columbia Cracker Barrel. I told the assistant manager that I will miss going into her establishment. She did not appear to care if I did or not. I know that my best friend went into this Cracker Barrel location and they rectified their complaint. I suppose that was because she didn't go in without her husband. I am a widow so I figured they didn't hold me in high esteem as they do people who are married. Please help me.

Came in as a party of 20, with half of the restaurant empty, we were told they couldn't seat us together and broke us up into 5 groups spread throughout. Our group was the only one that was put on a waiting list. Once we were seated my 5 yr old spilled her milk and our waitress(carolyn) said "ok then and turned and walked off. I waited and waited for a rag or napkins to clean the spill up but after 10 min I had to go find the manager bc she was on the computer putting the order in. I asked the manager to help me and he did but not without an attitude. Didn't offer to bring us another drink or clean top or straw. I love cracker barrel and visit often but this is the most rude store all around that I have ever been to. I will never come back here and will steer everyone in our large group of friends away from this store. Horrible experience and a rude bunch of employees that is making cracker barrel look bad.
