General Electric - defective stove

Bought a stove on 11/11/19 and then on 1/25/2020 stove broke down. repair guy came on 1/28/20 and said will need to order part for the stove to work again. I told him that this is a brand new stove and already needs service. the stove dont work at all. i want an exchange for a brand new stove and he said contact where u bought it from. I called PC richard they said they only exchange 30 days and GE is responsible. No one wants to help. I am stuck with a defective ge stove. I want an exchange. This stove will break down in future and then i will be out of money to fix it. not right they sell me a lemon stove and wont replace it.

In 2017, I built a new home and purchased entire kitchen of GE Profile appliances. My dishwasher has been used 3-4 times since installed, I'd rather wash, dry and put dishes away. Dec 2021 I noticed my wood floor around the dishwasher has cupped/buckled up-due to water damage. I had an independent and a certified GE service guy -each look at my dishwasher and both concluded that it was unrepairable. In the top back L corner where the side panel and top piece meet and are glued at the seam- there is a dent in the metal that caused the seam to leak. GE has offered a discount on a new dishwasher and I believe it was damaged at the factory and defective when it got shipped out. I'm requesting a brand new dishwasher and installation- at no charge to me. My case # is [protected] John
