On March 2, 2023 the Cutler Family Reported that a possible Duke Energy Official should be Investigated by the SC Regulatoy Commission for an Illegal Unsecured Breaker Box that a Residential Home DOES NOT REQUIRE and is ILLEGAL and WILl REQUIRE a FULL INVESTIGATION by of FRAUD WASTE AND ABUSE by Duke Energy
This illegal Breaker Panel is Located on the Outside of the Brick Home and Mr Keith Cutler has Contacted the Duke Energy Customer Service for THREE MONTHS on the UNAUTHORIZED SECOND BREAKER BOX that is ILLEGAL on a Residential HOME Constructed in 1971
The ILLEGAL SECOND BREAKER BOX is NEXT to the DUKE ENERGY METER that has a Permanent Secure TAG that BY FEDERAL LAW IS A PERMANENT SECURED TAMPER PROOF TAG
