AutoNation - Vehicle registration delay

I purchased a vehicle on 3/25/23 from your VW store in Hilton Head.
2021 Cadillac CT5 V. I have yet to receive my registration and no one from the store will reply now to my emails requesting information.
I have called your customer concierge number twice and never heard back. Next stop, my lawyers office.
