Home Depot - Transactions charged

My complaint is about few things orders transactions No refunded back and an employees being rude, discrimination, manipulates whole situation and mistreatment and dishonesty Since 5/18 told Elizabeth and Jeff at Store home Depot with the customer who works at the Home Depot south Carolina they both managers at store Jeff and Christina and other don't have name at same time is the employee there who was rude, inconsiderate, and completely shut us up without allowing us to have a word there's so manipulates manipulates and disrespectful immediately they know they start blaming me for the aware of the system they they did that this from their system issue then I show them the receipt and they are where I purchase there it's still they took the receiptb and the cards and I never get any my money refund I didn't get to sell the issue all the other is canceled us. When I got there refused to exchange the item even though they awake they system cancelled card said that "the only way to do this is to call customer service on to resolve that I'm been calling 5 time daily or more when I called customers sevice they told go store you purchased just all run around so they told this card issue so purchased others card same thing I soon use online to make purchase card deactivation and just no money on card or all orders cancelled Home Depot card and buy the other one again" EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS A STRAIGHT EXCHANGE. even went back to check again while I waited at Home Depot. Michael said she is refused to listen to issues or anyone else in the store and told the other employees just made feel so bad to be customers on store to treat they way their treated bad way and can see all discrimination with my accent and m my appear as muslim woman with hjab they made me feel like knew nothing and that we were idiots for even saying anything. He even said, "don't argue with me, alright? You don't know what you're talking about" he disappeared with my card and original receipt I purchase with it . They manager Christina 5/22 other employees Not tried to fix any thing to reverse the transaction even though it was impossible because it should have never been done in such a way especially if paid cash and have all receipts . They told me they HAD to do it his way and can't give me my money non orders nothing. It is so upsetting and felt like l desperately need help about situation since Everyday back to store to resolve that issues but managers not take any serious if loss my money No orders

Just don't feel comfortable to go home DepotStore . I went many times no solutions and called many times contact center service just let me back and forth between store and contact center . Just all siutaion totally wrong especially have all receipts for all transactions and just Associates home Depot Jeff took my receipt transaction with him . They don't resolve anything they have my money No orders at all . I'm disable my health condition not good to made all Trip to store and cost alot financial hardship I lost over $10000 don't even able pay copay for my doctor appointments and treatments

Desired outcome: Just cause really financial hardship Can’t do that , I’m Disble I’m required to go my treatment and pay co pay with Doctor appointment . Pay for treatment as well
