I arrived at the Waffle House at 6:25 am, walked in and was told that I couldn't dine in. I asked why and she said to me they where doing their side work and I could not sit and eat my breakfast I had to take it to go. I could NOT believe what I was hearing, because I go there all the time. Then after my order was ready and I paid for it she didn't even give me a bag for my orders. I was so mad. You've got to not pay people for having bad customer service. I'm a Chef at the Resort in Bluffton, SC and if one of my staff treated me like she did me, I would sit down with them and have a talk about customer service or fire them(but everyone needs a job these days). There was two people there and that was the cook and the (white) lady with medium hair length and me only ones in the store.She was just walking back and forth not really doing anything and that's what bothered me the most. All, I wanted was to sit down and enjoy my breakfast like I always do. You really need better customer service because if it was for the customer(s) you would not have a business or revenue coming. I'm just very, very disappointed and angry about my experience this morning.
