I shop at family dollar alot. I absolutely love the prices and most of the time the cashiers at this particular store are wonderful especially the manager. But theres always one in the bunch. The one that has to give you a hard time. They were busy, I absolutely understand.. But I asked the woman if I could put in my number so that my smart coupons could be applied. She said I would have to wait until she was through ringing me up, that it would mess it up? I assumed she meant the ringing up process. So I said ok. Well out of the blue she starrs going really fast after I asked her if a certain item was showing its sales price. She said there was an emergency in the back, she didn't have time for this sh-... Hmmmm... Ok. So she hits the total button, no coupons were applied... And when I said wait! What about my phone number? What can we fo? She said we're not doing refunds at this time... What? She was very rude and screwed me out of at least 10 $ but i'm thinking closer to 15. I haven't added it up yet bc every time I think about it it pisses me off.
