The general manager of the salvation army in West Chester is aggressive to both employees and customers. Several regular customers left the store because of the hostile environment. She refused to let an injured employee rest when he had completed all of his duties despite risk of further injury on Wednesday, December 23rd as well as several times the weeks of December 7th and 14th. When asked to explain how to do a better job, she treats employees as though they are attacking her. This is poor leadership and leads to a negative store environment. When she was the assistant manager, she would take part in loud hostile arguments with the previous general manager in front of employees and customers alike.
