UPS

I had paid extra shipping on an order for it to arrive yesterday. I recieved a notification stating my package was delivered. I went to the door and nothing was there. I called the 1888 number for ups and she kindly had the customer service center call me to talk to the driver. Well he admitted he put it on the porch of the wrong house and asked if I can get it. I couldn't because I was going to work, he didnt know what to tell me. A lady from the customer center got on the phone and was EXTREMELY rude about why I couldn't go get my things from the wrong house. Hello, I shouldn't have to, hence the ordering online and shipping to my home. Well she told me I'll get my package tomorrow and hung up the phone. I then called the store from which I ordered and was reimbursed the $25.00 I paid for shipping thank God. I hope this lady and her piss poor attitude is dealt with before she says something to the wrong person.
