AmeriGas Propane - Auto fill service not being honored. Nobody answers the phones.

I am an autofill customer. Normally there is a fill in late December. No fill. It is 1-22-22 and my furnace quit. The tank gauge is zero. It's 8 degrees outside. I was on hold on their emergency line for over an hour. Disgusted, I hung up. This is the second time in two years. There will not be a third. Their ceo should be in prison and his millions of dollars returned to the customers they have frauded.

Desired outcome: Fill the damn tank ! Get people to answer the damn phones. Hold the Company accountable.

AmeriGas Propane - We need tanks to be picked up and close account

Beginning last November 5, 2020, a decision was made to close my Amerigas account [protected] thru the local branch office. However I was not able to make phone contact. My wife found a phone number online and she has talked with 5 different people starting on Nov. 5, Nov. 11, Nov. 16, Dec. 1 Dec. 21 2020 and was told each time a request would be made to close account and pick up tanks. Not a word was ever heard about these request. We have call the home office number 2 times and left messages and no one has ever returned out calls. Now when we call customer service no one answers. I want these tanks picked up ASAP.

Desired outcome: Pick Up Tanks And Close Account.

AmeriGas Propane - Non delivery of propane for a month now.

I ordered Propane from Amerigas on December 7, 2020. I have been a customer for 28 years in good standing. It is now December 31, 2020. I still have not received propane after numerous calls. They now hang up on me when I call to see my status.
In June of 2020 I paid Amerigas a 150.00 contract fee for lock in price and 10 business day delivery. They have not honored the contract.
I am now dangerously low in propane and am using electric space heaters to survive in December and now going into January. I'm afraid my house will burn down from these space heaters and worse I'm afraid I will lose my job because I cannot leave these heaters unattended for my 12 hour shift. I live in a modular home and my pipes will freeze without heat, so I will be left without water as well. It's been almost 1 month with no delivery in sight and nowhere to turn. Please help! I'm in a survival situation for my and my sons life.

Desired outcome: A full propane delivery for my 500 gallon tank.

Carol understand your frustrations we called on 12/15 given a 7-10 window we were at 20%. Its now 12/31 said don't know when we'll be out tank at less than 5% so guess we'll run out. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I have elderly parents here they have to try and stay warm for medical reasons.
