Sheetz

I made an order online and went to pick it up at the Sheetz on union deposit road in Harrisburg Pa. I waited in the store for 25 minutes. I asked the employee and I told them my order should have been done 10 minutes ago. I was then informed that we put all online orders behind the registers. My food was cold. They didn’t even say anything about it. They never called my name or anything they just put my order behind the registers without saying anything. This is totally unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Bitting into the sub I chipped my tooth on the seed of an olive. I am in extreme pain and now will have to see a dentist and possibly the emergency room. Sheetz should have precautions to prevent this eventuality. I am appalled and in too much pain to finish my sub. I will never eat at sheetz again unless this is addressed immediately. I advise all patrons of sheetz to eat carefully! Especially at this location (4001 Union Deposit Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109)
