Wawa

I always order the custom grilled chicken salad. It is the best, but last night at your Gilbertsville, Pa, location it was the worst. The order was #678 at approximately 5:10 pm with a custom grilled chicken sandwich, and two custom grilled chicken salads. The salad maker's name was Regina. I do not know who made the sandwich but it was excellent as usual and made in less than 5 minutes. Over twenty minutes later, my salads were handed to me in the lids of the salad bowl with aluminum foil over top. How was I to carry them out to the car without the foil blowing off or tipped over during the drive home? I asked where were the dressings and she had forgotten. She comes back five minutes later with crushed condiment containers with the lids not on right. I went over to the drink station and got a cup to put them in so they wouldn't spill all over the car. When I arrived home, I removed the foil. One salad was done correctly, while the other one was done haphazardly. It was a bowl of mixed greens with no cheese none of the extra ingredients and at the most five little pieces of chicken. I ended up throwing it away and making a cold sandwich. My family and I love Wawa. But what in the world happened last night...I do not know? What a waste of time and money. I wish I had taken photos of it before I had thrown it in the garbage.
