Sheetz - Rude employee / long wait time for pick up order

September 4th, 2022 at 10 pm at the Sheetz in Bloomsburg, PA 17815. I had placed a mobile order on the app and the app would not let me pay with my card online so I went to the store to pay and waited for my food inside. There were about 1-2 people who placed orders ahead of me in store so I figured my order would be done promptly after theirs and placed on the mobile order rack out in the open in a spot where it is easily seen to customers. However the store got busy as many customers after me began placing orders in store. Then I noticed their orders were being completed before mine. I did not complain or confront the workers about the issue as I know they are very busy. But noticed one of the workers kept looking out at me and glaring and making disgusted looks at me (I imagine it was about me wearing a mask in the store due to feeling a little under the weather and wanting to prevent the spread of anything to others in the store and nobody else was wearing a mask). By around 10:25 I noticed the worker placed a pick up order over on a rack that’s placed out of sight behind the counter where customers would have to reach over to grab their food. When I went over to that second rack I saw my order and it said in the label that it was placed there at 10:07. I am very frustrated by how I was looked at and how long I had to wait in the store for my food. Hopefully this issue will be fixed to make it more helpful for other customers in the future.

Desired outcome: Better indication on when pick up orders are completed and for employees to not give customers nasty looks for the way they look. I would also like a response on a way this issue will be resolved for future customers

Sheetz - service was awful, employee didn't know what he was doing

I asked the man at the register to put $5 on one card & the rest on a different card, he then only charged the first card & now my bank is charging me $38 for an overdraft fee when I specifically said I only had $5 on my card. I will never return to another sheetz & I am disgusted by the lack of concern by the employees. He disregarded my request, which has never happened to me & now I spent over $55 on juul pods. I would like to either be reimbursed for his ignorance or something kind of resolution would be appreciated.
