Fred Meyer

I entered. Fred Meyer in sandy Oregon on 7/11/23 at 8:30 pm there were no carts in the store at the east end so me and an elderly lady walked to the west end to find no carts in the store at all so I walked back outside to retrieve us a cart, when my wife and I got to the produce department the cooler with fruit was leaking water all over the floor. (slip hazard for customers not cleaned up) three of the 10 items we wanted to purchase were out of stock, there was also a spill in front Starbucks with 2 small orange bags in the middle of it dried on the floor, when we went to check out there were only 2 checkers open and they were both bagging customers food and there were at least 6 carts waiting in the main aisle. I talked to the P.I. C. and he was aware of all the things I have mentioned and he said they just had 4 employees quit. I have talked to P.I. C before about concerns and asked them to have management please call me gave them my number but no response.
