Whataburger

I'll start out with, I love Whataburger and always have. While working I can go to Whataburger at 21st and Yale in Tulsa and the maximum time waiting is less then 10 minutes. Great service and friendly workers.

The store at 10121 S. Memorial Dr. in Bixby Ok is so slow getting your food out and has been for awhile. Today I was the only person in the drive thru with very few vehicles in the parking lot. From the drive thru window I could see a lot of employees. I ordered 2 Whataburgers, a kids burger, small and large fries and onion rings. It took almost 20 minutes to get the order. I look behind me and had 4 vehicles that had ordered but the 4 cars behind me all came 10 minutes after my order. Now when I'm 4th in line at this store, I know I'll be a while but when I'm the first and no one in front or behind I dont expect a 20 minute wait.
