I live in Solon Ohio. Every time there’s a slight wind or rain or like today for no reason the power is always out in our area. I have relatives who have a different Electrical Supply, who don’t have this problem. My parents live in Macedonia they never lose power.
Your response time and service is horrible out here. There is no reason why on a calm warm day that we shouldn’t have somebody working on this ASAP.
Claimed loss: Multiple times this year we lose all the food in our fridge and freezer. We have elderly dogs that I need to take from the house to a neighboring city with a different energy supplier
Desired outcome: Compensation for my time or loss or a human being to talk to to explain to me why we always lose power
