I am an over the counter shipper 547E38 account #. I shipped a package for a customer to Florida, Next Day Early on Friday, March 19 to be delivered Saturday, March 20. Item number 1Z547E381541962063 to zip code 34224 which my customer paid $166.25. When I put the information in, I did not receive any alerts that it would not be delivered on time. The package arrived Monday, March 22. When I called UPS I was told that the depot for that zip code is closed on Saturday. As I said I did not receive any alert that this depot was closed and the package would not be delivered on Saturday, March 20. My customer wants a refund because the package was not delivered on time. I have no idea who my sales representative is. My old one retired last year. I got in touch with her, Linda Whitley, and she instructed me to report this to the corporate office if I did not hear from my sales rep. Today March 23. Whoever I talked to on Monday at UPS said she sent a message to my sales rep. But did not give me any information as to who it is or a contact number.
