On Sunday, I checked the tracking of my package shipped through laser ship and it said the package was out for delivery and only about 25 minutes from my house. I waited all day and rarely let my dogs outside out of respect for the delivery driver, but they never showed up. The reason they stated was that my business was closed and I needed to give them my hours. That was totally false! The package was being delivered to my home address which was never a business. The next day I checked the tracking and it said my package was out for delivery and loaded on a truck that was 45 minutes away. I waited all day again and around 7pm I checked the tracking again since no one had showed up. It said that the package was hand delivered to me personally at around 1pm which was another lie. I tried to call the number provided for laser ship, but it's just a recording. You don't get any option to talk to anyone, they just tell you that you have to go on their website to chat with someone which I tried, but there's no one there, just robochat.
