Old Navy

I placed an online order with Old Navy on June 15, 2020. I did receive 2 items out of the 3 but I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. My order number is TDQFHMS. I called the customer service number and was on hold for over an hour without talking to anyone! You can't even chat with any customer service agent! This company is a COMPLETE FRAUD! They are stealing from their customers!

Ordered variety 5-pack of cloth face masks for $12.50 with $7.00 shipping and $1.27 tax for a total of $20.77. Well, that order was placed on may 9, 2020 and it is July 7, 2020 and nothing has been received.

I tried to call 2 different customer service telephone numbers numerous times at different hours of the day hoping someone would pick up the phone after waiting approximately 1 hour each time. I then emailed my order # and info to old navy customer service. They indicated delayed 1 item estimated ship by Sunday June 7th. How are they shipping this order by pony express or by stagecoach?

I'd like to add that they promptly deducted the $20.77 from my visa. I am so disappointed in old navy that I will never order anything online from them again. Lesson learned! If they aren't going to ship my order at least refund my money.
