KFC

Just went thru the drive thru at Hamilton and Morse Rd, Columbus OH. Very RUDE employees... The manager was off the charts... Talked to the guy in person! We asked for extra Gravy and they basically poured the single gravy into a larger bowl and called it large / extra... Anyone with eyes could see the difference... LOL The manager actually said "We just put everything in the"BIG [censored] Bowl" end quote. WOW Just wow... Haven't gotten KFC in over 3 yrs after the last debacle... Nothing has changed... Will wait in the long line at Chick-Fil-A.. Well worth the wait they get it right!
