Great Clips

I went to Great Clips store for hair cut on this date. I do not know if today's girl, Patty has just begun cutting hair or was not listening to my instructions. The hair cut she gave me is a nightmare. I have never had anyone cut my hair so badly. She cut it so short I have more hair on my face than on my head. Additionally, I can feel my hair on the back of my neck and it is very annoying. Noone has ever cut my hair so blasted short they had to use clippers. I specifically, instructed she cut my hair to below my ears and I think she cut it the way she thought all senior citizens should wear their hair instead. Hair on the top of my head is longer than hair on sides. You have on your receipt that all services are guaranteed but how can you give me my hair back?
