The service was an ethical and practical they were not clean they did not serve me the way I want that person to be served they did not let me order the food I ordered and when I tried ordering it still did not go through have you to Ogallala Nebraska store one of the worst stores so far I've been too.

Giving half a scoop of ice cream from store bought ice cream and the root beer machine in lobby down too so I actually paid over 6 dollars for a spoonfuls of ice cream floating on rootbear. Date November 5th 2023 at 200 pm

No receipt is ever given. If going at a later gour I find the burgers and fries are so old can barley chew them they are so tough and petrified.
Yesterday my husband and I went to the AandW on 98th in Langley for lunch. All we could get were fries and onion rings as she said that their grill wasn’t working. Seriously! The counter girl didn’t seem to care and said we could get a chicken burger if we were hungry, Really,we went there to get our favourite mama burgers.
Did not honor Coupon
Hamburgers burnt ,onion rings and fries uncooked napkins empty no ketchup
Wrong order when telling manager she said we were basically lying. She said she watched cameras and our order was right. Our smoothie was half full, and our 4 wraps all had no sauce till the last bite. This manager should not be working here.
Bought a bacon egger and when i got home about 3 min laterr the thing was so greasy that the bun was soaked right threw could not even hold onto it without it falling apart on monday july 3/23

Street in Victoria bc cashiers need more training about aw giftcards plus when customer ordering they shouldn't be rudely sh.
When customer order their shouldn't be missing parts of the order.
