DoorDash - Delivery

Have been online ordering from shoprite and since they started using doordash the delivery stinks! They leave groceries and large water packs at entrance of apartment complex instead of delivering to door! This is defeating the whole purpose where I had to lug order to my door and I'm 64 years old with COPD not to mention what am I paying a delivery fee for if it's not being delivered? Get rid of doordash and resume delivery as was.

Desired outcome: Get rid of DOORDASH
