Today Monday August 10, 2020 I waited about 5 minutes for my order to be taken. There were 3 servers attending the drive through window and nobody was acknowledging me till after I asked if I needed to go through the drive through in order for them to serve.
One of the servers came and without not even apologizing for making wait finally took my order.
Hey Tim Horton you depend on your customers to keep your business running so I will suggest that you instruct your staff to treat us with respect.

Employee completely Incoherent. Employee had to go get him from "sleeping standing up in the back". Could not form words, was staring into space for, nodding out and made a comment about pain pills. He was CLEARLY under the influence. Had no idea what he was doing & was slurring his words. I am a daily customer and this is Unacceptable. He also tried to over charge me.
