White Castle

Good morning my name is Alberto Santiago I went with my daughter and grand kids to white castle I bought a box of 30 cheese burger I told them 10 no onion and ketchup the rest regular I waited at least 8 min when I left my daughter opened the case all the burgers were in the same color box none of them marked she checked for the ones with no ketchup and onion they all were the same no ketchup and onion I went back I went inside I told them about it and I saw the guy with the blue button down shirt opening the burgers and squirting with ketchup I stopped him and told him how about the onion he caught and attitude so I told him I need him to do me a new order I left when I got to the car my daughter said dad they didn't put any onions I wasn't going to go back its not right I spent $31.00 they wasn't free.
