Stanton Optical - Waiting and waiting for a scheduled exam

I booked an appointed online. I have been waiting for 45 minutes. Why? It's obvious they double booked. Come on, that's low class. People first, money second!
I keep to my appointments. I expect others to. This is my second time with a problem here. I booked last week and was told to come back another day.
Come on! I am here trying again with problems. Really?
