Hi,
On New Years day We went through the drive through to place our order. The server was very rude and on top of that we pulled off and noticed part of our order was missing. We returned and the same server was rude and didn't even respond regarding our order being partially missing. The manager came and apologized but without sincerity. I felt disrespected and the entire meal was cold and tasted old. We wasted our money. Customer service is very important and they need to be trained as this is not the first instance such as this at this location and one other. They talk to much and play too much.
