What another joke of experience. Your employees must be laughing their heads off. When placing our order, I requested that the milk be brought out with the meal. Your waitress then asked, If she could bring it out with the water. I told her, NO. Did she not understand my request? Got my order, hash browns baptized in grease. A waiter took them back. Evidently server to my table changed? He returned with an order of hash browns probably 1/4 the order size of the previous and were over cooked to a thin large potato chip. When the waiter returned, I asked him if he would eat those, he said yes. I asked him if he found them to be suitable. He said ok. I made two other comments and got an ok answer. No offer whatsoever to replace them. Rather asked if there was anything else and if I wanted my check. He had it in hand. I took the plate of hash browns to check out, set them on the counter, no response from Jelsa the cashier. I then put the sign check in the middle of the plate. Still no response, I finally asked if she found them ok. She said yes. I told her that they were unacceptable and was never offered a replacement. No other response. I called later the store and Jelsa answered the phone, asked for General Manager to call me. Before she hung up the phone my wife and I could hear her laughing.
Its been over a year since I have been at this restaurant because of this type of service. Over the past 10 years, have filed complaints with corporate and the General Manager... Nothing changes. Evidently no one cares at Perkins? Also, the last few times I filed a complaint with corporate, got no response whatsoever.
