My ooler unit is no longer cooling. I have done all the troubleshooting recommended on their website. I have sent an email and a voicemail. They state they will reply within one business day. We are WAY past that. The customer service for this company in non-existent. Very frustrating especially for something that is so expensive.

Desired outcome: I want my defective unit fixed.
