I closed on my house July 31, 2019. 1 week after my roof was leaking, the week of closing the electrical system in the kitchen didn't work causing issues with our breaker box and not resulting in having a stove. we didn't have a refrigerator, a sub contractor didn't put a cap on our plumbing outside which cause debris and the left a 2*4 log in our drain causing severe clogging which resulted in the line exploding in our front yard. We have several cosmetic issues, things coming loose. We still have several issues and we haven't lived here six months yet. I'm very disappointed and disappointed that we choose this builder. I'm escalating this to the local news and BBB.
