I have been with dollar general for 5years and it just gets worse by the month. They expect you to work all day from open to close, no breaks, no employees, no support at all. The only time the dm chimes in is when a visit is scheduled and corporate is coming to visit that store.. Well im a single mother with no help so I have expressed many times that im unable to work doubles and yet you call my phone when ive locked the door when ive stayed the longest I can. My daughter also goes to therapy so they wanted me to neglect my child to rum a business with no compassion for nothing that nobody has to deal with or going on in everyday life [censored]s a joke and I will alwayts pick my child over a job everytime then I go on lleave for emotional support and is fmla approved and my so called dm nor new store manager will give me my vacation time after asking numerous times over and over and over ive busted my [censored] for a company who could give a damn
Desired outcome: i would love my vacation hours and a apology for how empathetic they are and have been

Howard Radford when dollar general invades my personal time trying to work me 7:45am to 9pm thats a company problem NOT mine... again no breaks, no home life, no days off AND YOU CAN GO [censored] YOURSELF its called a schedule for a reason, if i schedule my [censored] around dollar general i expect to be off when im supposed to and to do the work of 1person not 6
