I paid for two AC compressor installations at the Boone, NC location. Both times they were installed incorrectly, leaving the vehicle with no AC. I paid over $1,000 dollars for faulty service and AC charging costs. I was told by their store manager, Heather how truly sorry she was and she would refund me for one of the service bills. She issued a refund request the faulty repairs in the amount of $484.99. Invoice number - 233826.
She shared the refund form with me, charging back the mechanic - Dylan Whitehead, mechanic number 98169 for his dual lack of care and knowledge with both of the attempted repairs. It has been 8 weeks, and no refund. I called their customer service line today. The first representative hung up on me after waiting over 30 minutes to speak with someone.
The second representative denied the refund, and said she would offer me $130 dollars. This is the absolute worst customer experience to date. I have never written a poor review, but this is robbery. How a company can take 1,000 dollars and refuse to refund when they agreed they performed faulty service and issued the refund.
