On Tuesday, April 18th I went to the White Castle on Bellefountaine Rd. Store# 110055. While in the relatively short drive through line I placed my order through the whitecastle app at 9:35 pm, which gave me a pick up time of 9:51 pm. I paid for my order at 10:01 and did not get my food until 10:08 pm. I asked the female at the window why it took 30 minutes to get my food. She did not say anything to me but got an attitude and threw her hands up in the air and called out a name for someone else to come to the window. A woman with a black top and some sort of black head covering came over and asked how she could help me. I told her all I wanted to know is why it took 30 minutes to get my food. She told me that this was a new crew that just came on at 10 pm for a shift change.. ok whatever. I drive home to find that part of my order was missing. I called the number on the receipt and all I get is a recording where I left my information twice. This is not the first nor the second time this has happened. This is a ongoing problem at this whitecastle location. I'm disabled and physically struggle to get in and out of a car so just hopping back in the car and driving back up there is not an option for me.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund as this is not the first time as well as get my order replaced
