My prescription Zolpidem 12.5 cannot be filled because CVS's inability to get it from their supplier. On Friday 11/3/2023 I used the automated system to refill my RX. Sunday 3/5 I went to CVS and was told they would not be able to fill it until Monday. On Monday 3/6 I returned again and was told CVS had a supply issue, didn't know when they would get any product and suggested I go to a competitor. I questioned why the pharmacy (on Sunday) did not know - the pharmacist was rude and told me "I guess that's how we learn." They didn't call, text or email me - leaving me to go to Walgreens and have Wags contact CVS once I made sure Walgreens had the medication, which took another full day and another trip to a pharmacy. Desired outcome: Advise customers of delays. How about finding a better supplier (Walgreens has)
