Walden University - Financial aid
I am right at the point of collecting and analyzing data when I am told that I no longer have financial aid because I failed to submit doctors statements for the year 2016 for 13 terms. There is no way they would have let me get away for doing such a thing when the problem that they say existed during the year of 2016. They have waited until I am working on chapter 4 and 5 to file this complaint as a reason to stop my financial aid. For months I have been hindered in some ways by my Chair and other committee members causing me to lose valuable time, but the school don't look at this, they look over the fact that you complain about that. Why did they wait until I get to the end of my dissertation to bring up missing doctors statements from 2016.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
