Sunoco - Unethical behavior

I live in Michigan. I'm disable in that I suffer from arthritis in both hip bones. Because I suffer from extreme pain I use an electric shooter in place of walking. Although I can walk short distances, I rely on my electric scooter for long distances. Today, my scooter ran low on battery. I was unable to ride as such the scooter kept stopping on me. And when it restarted it only traveled slow. As a result I felt unsafe. I was stranded. So I decided to pull into a local gas station to find someone willing to help me. I was looking to ask someone who was driving a truck to give me a ride home. My scooter would be placed in the back of their truck while I sat in the truck. Having asked a few people for help, some offered me money to pay someone to take me home. I took the money in hopes of paying someone to give me a ride. At some point, a black employee walked out of the Sunoco gas station, located at 6 mile and Hoover, (11601 E. McNichols Rd. Detroit, Michigan) and begin to threaten me with physical harm if I didn't move off their property. I explained that my scooter was low on battery and that I needed some time to find someone willing to help me move. I even asked this employee if he would be so kind as to call a number so that I could have someone from home come get me. The employee responded saying he would not make such a call. I again told this employee that my scooter would not move. He again threatened to "beat my [censored]." His treats became so abusive that on looking customers began to speak out against his abusive conduct towards me. This went on for at least 10 to 15 minutes before the employee went back into the gas station. I felt fearful and emotional distress. Here I thought I would be safe at a well lighting gas station. I was told to leave and never come back. So here is my question. Do I have a law to prevent them from ever treating someone like myself from this kind of behavior ? In addition, he stood over me without a face mask, trying to provoke me.  Furthermore, the employee repeatedly claimed I was faking my disability.
