I need to know who to file a grievance with and dispute charges from a visit urgent care. Gash in leg, needed stitches, they forced xrays that I declined but they said were necessary to confirm no broken bones. I assured them my leg wasn't broken and didn't need xrays. Long story short, no breaks, got stitches and now they are charging me $180 for X-rays I said I didn't want nor need. I am not paying for said X-rays EVER! I will take them to court if need be but wanted to see what options I had before I moved forward with that avenue. Paid $40 at visit, just received statement for $965.28, which includes this $180 X-ray charge.
