I went on Wednesday around 5 pm. When I went to check out there was only 2 cashiers! Only one side of self service lanes were open! If you cant get the help then change more of your lanes to self service lanes. This is ridiculous having to wait 30 mins because you only have 2 lanes open. I finally took all my grocery's to self service. I dont give a rip if the limit was 20 items. I had a cart full of items! I should get a discount for having to check all my items out because you did not have enough help! This happens everytime i go to Ionia! I am sick and tired of it! DO SOMETHING AND FIX IT! I am going to shop elsewhere.
