At approximately 7:30 pm on Feb 12, 2020 this establishment had an employee that was running the cash register and was clearly a newer employee, that is not the issue. I understand companies cannot discriminate but the employee was physically dirty and had visible scabs all over his arms of which one was clearly a fresh wound that was not covered and oozing bodily fluids he also had dry blood on his face from scratching a wound open. I feel this is very unsafe to the public and this person should not be dealing with food service in this condition. The management should have not allowed this to happen. Very disappointed!

White Castle - white castle food cold
I arrived shortly after one other customer (and only one at the window). I ordered the same basic meal (#1) as the first guy. He then got his, and I waited. He came back and got additional food ordered, I still waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, frustrated, I went up to the counter to ask where my food was. The lady (I think a manager) noticed and told the guy on burger duty to hurry up. By now it had been about 15 minutes. He was still slow moving (acted high). I finally got my bag and got out to the car and EVERYTHING - all four burgers and the fries were cold. Not even warm. I was so ticked off, but decided I'd write a complaint instead of yelling at them. I was driving for 3 hours that day, and really didn't like being kept longer for no good reason. I've never seen the Canton restaurant so disorganized before.
Really frustrating to spend $6 and not even get a decent order put together.
White Castle - online ordering
I tried to order using the app and could not get it to work. I went into the restaurant and asked for assistance so I could use the $4.00 coupon. I was told they were too busy to help me and could not use the coupon if the order wasn't placed online. I placed my order with the cashier and no discount. When I got home I received hamburgers and not the cheeseburgers I requested. Not a good experience and poor customer service.
