Safeway - Pharmacy

I have a medication that is automatically filled at Safeway. I got texts that my prescription was ready. “ Safeway Rx: RX READY-

RUSS, Rx ****** 20 MG TAB NORT is filled and ready for pick-up at SAFEWAY #35-1620, 20211 GOSHEN RD, [protected]”

Drove to store to be told by pharmacist that medicine not ready and no refills remain. Pharmacist said it was ‘an IT PROBLEM AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL.’

Desired outcome: Apology, letter from corporate that problem will not recur and reimbursement for 12 miles.
