Americas Best Value Inn

I am being charged twice for the same reservation and the clerk at the site is very nasty and offers zero help now and when I was there.

I am being billed twice for the same charge and can not get any answers.

I'd like my money back honestly as the hotel was disgusting and ghetto to say the least but as I can't even get a real person to help me I doubt that's going to happen. But the least buoy can do is not match the vibe I got from your hotel which is that'd they'd likely try and steal some money and charge me twice.
