BJ's Wholesale Club

I've been shopping at this location for years. Never have a I seen a Porter, nor a Sweeper, on location to clean the litter in the parking lot and surrounding grass. The litter has reached a level reminiscent of a land fill. Yesterday I spoke to a Mgr and asked who was responsible for cleaning. He replied "no one". I don't understand where the aesthetics aren't important enough to send an employee out daily to collect the trash. If the carts have to be collected, and curbside pickups are handled, why is the trash issue not?
