Starbucks - tanger outlet mall starbucks, gonzales la.

Yesterday (Sunday, 01/27/19) @18:35, my husband and I were in the Starbuck's at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Gonzales, La.
The experience was such that we would not return and this is unfortunate, as we have enjoyed this particular Starbuck's for years now. We enjoy playing games while having a couple of coffee beverages. We actually travel from New Orleans to this Starbuck's, but
with the unpleasant experience yesterday, we will find a new coffeehouse. I am finding this to be common for Starbuck's experiences and not sure what the issue is.
The barista that took our order was initially very pleasant and friendly. We had to ask for coffee creamer as there was none at the condiment station and the condiment station was also empty of Splenda, and overflowing with trash and the entire restaurant smelled bad. Another customer mentioned there was no brown sugar. We can certainly overlook that and the barista filled the half and half container when I asked for it and I offered to take it to the station. What I have trouble overlooking, is when my husband went to ask her for Splenda, she waited on 3 separate customers after he asked her. So, I actually for the first time in the fifteen years and Starbuck's locations in at least fifteen states, went underneath the condiment section and filled the Splenda myself. I will assume she did not hear me when I told her I filled the Splenda because she said nothing to me. My husband and I stayed for an hour and when we went to leave, I needed a refill of ice water and asked the male barista behind the counter if I could have a cup of ice, after waiting and being ignored, and he took my cup-filled it and handed it to me without a word and looked exasperated. I left the store and waited for my husband outside who had to use the restroom, as I felt I was seriously a burden to these baristas. I sat on the bench waiting for my husband and realized I felt pretty bad at the way I was treated. I discussed it with my husband and we agreed it isn't worth it to go into a coffeehouse who treats paying customers so shabbily. Not when there are SO many other choices.
