Her name is Sam. She’s not qualified for the job and she’s in the process of chasing away the best workers there, like Dom, who should’ve been made the General Manager. The employees and the community love Dom. I bet I could get 100 names on a petition in this small town to make her the manager. There are people who won’t shop there if she’s not working. She is so friendly, so much more organized and capable than Sam. Does DG not care about employee and customer satisfaction? Sam is ruining the store, causing division and confusion. The best workers want to leave because of her. I don’t want to shop there anymore. That store has gone thru so many general managers. Maybe DG should try putting in one that can pull the place together instead of tearing it apart.
