Complaint: No response from company yo date.
On November 20, 2020, Check smart cashed check no 1140 in the amount of $625.30. On November 27, 2020, they cashed it again causing (to date) three nsf fees, late payments and a very negative balance. The nsf fees are at $96 so far and the payment that was denied will none have a late fee attached and may be reported negatively on my credit report. I have been forced to use my credit cards for daily necessities. They have not responded to my attempts to recoup my losses! I cannot pay rent because if them and I cannot make or take personal calls at work. I am disparate!
Finally received an email today requesting my bank statement. I uploaded the entire statement, against my own better judgment, and they said it was unacceptable! My out of pocket costs are going up every single day. I may contact the BBB tomorrow.
