CompressionSale - Order 1489741 lymphedema gloves.

Returned one glove (never put on hand too small) in exchange for another that the cuff was too short and cause my husbands arm to swell between the glove and compression sleeve. Had it on all of 5 minutes. They do not have a different glove that will fit his needs and they refuse to refund his money. I still have to return the 2nd glove. We paid $115 that is going to sit in a credit because they don't have anything else we need.

Desired outcome: Refund once 2nd glove is returned

CompressionSale - Offered "free shipping" for anything $39.00 or more, but I had to pay postage due of $9.20.

I ordered back support and and compression socks totaling $71.27, which when my order was placed it clearly states on their website "Free Shipping" if you order $39.00 or more. When I received my package today, the postman called me to let me know I have a package with postage due of $9.20. He said that the mailing label that they attached to the package did not cover the actual weight of the contents. He told me that sometimes these companies don't think that the post office will verify the postage so they just do whatever and sometimes it's an honest mistake. When I sent the company an email with a snap shot of the package showing the postage due and asked them to please credit through PayPal, they said "Unfortunately, we don't have anything we can do in this situation". Seriously?

I had to pay for shipping a exchange because the Knee Sleeves were too large. I could not receive my exchange until I paid for the reshipping. I then requested a refund and was told I would be charged a 25% restocking fee, which was $9.00. I received my refund and will never order from this company again.

CompressionSale - Scammed by this company

I ordered a shoulder brace from this company. I paid for shipping with tracking. I never order anything online unless I can exchange for a full refund. 3 weeks after ordering, the product was still, according to tracking in their 'origin facility'. I called to find what was going on. My injured son desperately needed this brace. The person in customer service did not ask for my order id nor my tracking info but told me the product was lost in the us mail and it was on me to file a claim and try to find my package. How could she know that without knowing my order number or tracking? She then disconected the phone call. I was stunned. I then discover that 'origin facility' means their shipping department. I called back. I was put on hold and no one took my phone call. I waited for almost 15 minutes on hold. I hung up and tried again, waited another chunk of time, still no answer on a line that was answered almost immediately when I called earlier. I then used my husbands phone to call and it answered almost immediately telling me all I need to know. I then reached out to paypal and opened a dispute and ordered the product from somewhere else which was farther away. I received that brace from the further away company in what I consider a normal amount of time. Several days later I received the brace ordered from compressionsale.com and as suspected the label is self generated by that company. I then tried to initiate a return and refund and was told by that company I was too late to return for a refund because their policy is not to return past 15 days from purchase? Now I understand why they delay shipping. Scammers avoid!
