Gilkey Window Company

The entire condo building had the front windows replaced by Gilkey which includes 18 windows.. The company gave a lifetime warranty of these windows. Our unit has one window frame which is bent. The employee came by and decided to replace the window in question but the other two as well. I, the owner of the condo, decided to call to get a time which this was to be done and was told that they didn't know when and my name was not on the invoice and that only the glass was to be replaced. I stated that glass will not correct a bent frame which the sales person disagreed. I asked to speak to the owner and was told there was no time and someone would call me tomorrow. I have a warranty certificate from the Gilkey Co. and now am being told this is not applicable. Snow came in this window last winter which did not happen with the old windows. The employee could see the window was bent as it was very obvious and now am being told that new glass will correct the bent frame. This constitutes the complaint against this company. They make false claims and even a false warranty.
